The brewery tour was comprehensive and led by an instructor who was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating, There is plenty of beer, however the the lunch was not a "feast of slow cooked meats" - it was pizza taken out of a box and placed in the middle of the table. There wasn't enough food and there isn't anywhere to buy more. There wasn't any "food and beer" matching. But it was a good afternoon overall. If you love beer you'll love this tour.
